Supply Chain Notice:

This was a very difficult year; we appreciate your business as well as the patience you have had with us this year. The supply chain issues really hit us and our entire industry hard. We are working with our manufacturers closely trying to get customer orders filled and product on our shelves. Embroidery orders are running 3-4 weeks if we don't have them in stock. Website Orders are currently taking 5-10 days to process and ship. Out of Stock orders may take several weeks to process and ship.

All returned merchandise due to Covid-19 related issues will be issued in-store merchandise credits.

Basic Uniform Items:

We gladly accept returned merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Your receipt is required for all returns or exchanges. Merchandise must not have been worn, altered, laundered or changed in any way from its original form. All labels/tags must be attached. We will give you a full refund for any item returned as described above within 30 days.

If the 30 day deadline has passed, we can always accept exchanges or issue a Store Merchandise Credit.

School Logo Apparel:

Any Item that has your school’s logo embroidered or screen printed on it is not refundable. We may accept exchanges for these items or issue a Store Merchandise Credit if they are a stock item.  Special order logo items are not eligible for return or exchange.

One School Year Warranty/Defective Merchandise:

Most uniform items have a one school year satisfaction guarantee exclusive of knee-wear.  Defective garments (e.g. zipper breaks, hook or button comes off etc.) will be replaced during the school year they are purchased in.  A manager must inspect the defective merchandise to approve the replacement. Receipt is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Special Orders
  • Non-stock embroidered or screen printed merchandise
  • Soiled, altered, worn or laundered merchandise
  • Clearance Items
  • Items without original tags attached

Receipts are required for all Returns or Exchanges.

All Returns, Exchanges or Canceled Orders may be subject to a restocking fee.

Items/Orders kept in our holds for Call When Ready orders over 30 days can NOT be refunded. Only Store Credit will be issued for any cancelled items.

You are welcome to return items to our retail store or mail them to us.  Please include your contact information, school name, your name and order number when shipping items back to us.  Please include a note or see Return/Exchange Form to print a return/exchange form to include with your shipment.  The return shipping charge is your responsibility.  If you request an exchange, the shipping back to you is on us.  If there was an error with your order that was our fault, please call us to make further arrangements.
