Where do I shop for my school's uniform?

Certain schools' products are ONLY at one location or the other. Click the link below to see where your school's uniform items are available. If your school's uniform does not have a school logo, you can shop at either location. If your school's uniform is at a location that isn't convenient for you, you can order online or over the phone and have your items sent to the Donald's location of your choice! Shipping to your home is also available.

When will I receive my order?

Normal delivery for in-stock merchandise generally takes 3 to 7 business days to get to you from the day you place your order.  Merchandise that is not in stock in our store will have to be ordered from one of our manufacturers. Depending on the item and whether or not it is in stock at the manufacturer, it can take several weeks. You can always call or email us to check on the status of your order. If you give us your email address when you place your order, you will receive Tracking Information when your order is shipped.

Please note: Products that have a school logo embroidered on them can run out of stock. When this happens, it can take up to 2-3 weeks to embroider. It can take longer if we are out of blank product. In order to ensure receiving embroidered product, please shop at least 3 weeks in advance of needing to have this product. Donald’s does not guarantee receipt of embroidered product within any specified time frame.

Can I use coupons for over the phone/online orders?

White gift cards are valid on full price merchandise only.

Online Orders – If you have a coupon, store credit or merchandise bond, you can place your order then mail the coupon, store credit or merchandise bond to us. We will credit you the appropriate amount when we receive it in the mail. There is an option to enter a coupon code at checkout. Some of our promotions will require coupon codes and others will automatically calculate your discount.

Phone Orders – If you have a coupon you would like to use for a phone order, you must tell the customer service representative that you have the coupon when placing your order. After placing your order, you must mail us the coupon with your order # and contact information and we will fill and process your order once we receive the coupon.

Do I have to make an appointment to be fitted for uniforms?

Our prices vary by item. Our most frequently altered items are:

How do I cancel an order?

To cancel an order, please call 651-776-2723 Ext. 0 and speak with a customer representative. You may not cancel an order via email. Order cancellations must be made within seventy-two hours of originally placing the order to ensure the order hasn't already been sent. Please note that a 10% restocking fee may be issued for any orders that are canceled beyond the specified time frame.

When will my credit card be charged when I place an order?

Your credit card will be charged immediately if you place your order online. If you place your order over the phone, we will charge your card within approximately 3 days from the time you place your order. All credit card information is destroyed immediately after use. We do not keep credit card information on file. If you place your order online, we have the ability to refund your account but we cannot charge any additional costs to your account.

Can I bring something in to be embroidered?

Sorry but we do not embroider items that are not from Donald's. If the item gets damaged at embroidery, we cannot replace it.

What is your School Uniform Rebates program?

For all uniforms you buy, a portion of the sales will go towards your child's school. No matter if the sale was made in the store, over the phone, or online. Just let us know what school it is for and we will do the rest.

Donald's uses Spee-Dee Delivery & USPS for most Local shipments and USPS for all Non-Local and Expedited shipments. Please provide your Email Address when placing orders to receive shipping notifications and tracking information.
