Returns/Exchanges

Our goal is to provide our customers with total satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for exchange or full refund. All returns should be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice. Sorry, but items that are damaged, soiled, altered, or worn will not be accepted for refund or exchange. (Unless under warranty, see below) Please allow 30 days for credits on returns. After 30 days the return will become an in store credit. Without a receipt or clearance item the same criteria is required and a Store Merchandise Credit will be issued. There is no expiration date on these.

Returns by Mail:

Mail your return(s) to Donald's Uniform 972 Payne Avenue, St. Paul, MN 55130 Attn: Returns Dept. You are required to pay the shipping and handling (unless error on Donald's part). You will be refunded/credited within 7 days of receiving your return, however your credit card company may take up to 30 days to post the credit to your account. If you do not include your credit card number with your exchange you will be reimbursed by check.

Exchanges:

If you received the wrong item (different from what you ordered) or if the merchandise you received was defective in any way, we will reship the replacement item at no charge. Note: returns/exchanges are limited to stock on hand.

Warranty:

On all uniform items only, there is a one school year warranty. If your items for any reason are defective or not worn properly (ex. Zipper breaks, or hook comes off pants) within the school year and accompanied by a receipt you will receive an exchange, no charge. Within the school year purchased only.
