Returns/Exchanges

Our goal is to provide our customers with total satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for full refund. All returns must be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice or register receipt.

Basic Uniform Items:
With a receipt and manufacture tags attached:

  • Returned within 30 days of date purchased
  • Cash or a Charge Card refund will be issued

Without a receipt and manufacture tags attached:

  • Store Merchandise Credit will be issued
  • Merchandise Credits do not have an expiration date

Monogrammed Products:

  • Are eligible for exchanged
  • Are eligible for merchandise credit

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Special Orders
  • Non-stock embroidered merchandise
  • Soiled, altered, worn or laundered merchandise
  • Clearance Items
  • Items without manufacture tags

Defective Merchandise:

  • Defective garments will be replaced during the school year they are purchased in
  • All uniforms have a one school year satisfaction guarantee (including knee wear) ending May 30th
  • Receipts are required

Cancelled Orders:

  • 10% restocking fee may be applied

Exchanges:

If you received the wrong item (different from what you ordered) or if the merchandise you received was defective in any way, we will reship the replacement item at no charge. Note: returns/exchanges are limited to stock on hand.

Returns by Mail:

Mail your return(s) to Donald's Uniform 972 Payne Avenue, St. Paul, MN 55130 Attn: Returns Dept. You are required to pay the shipping and handling (unless error on Donald's part). You will be refunded/credited within 7 days of receiving your return, however your credit card company may take up to 30 days to post the credit to your account. All refunds will be issued in the same manner in which you paid.

Warranty:

On all uniform items only, there is a one school year warranty. If your items for any reason are defective or not worn properly (ex. Zipper breaks, or hook comes off pants) within the school year and accompanied by a receipt you will receive an exchange, no charge. Within the school year purchased only.

Knee Wear Guarantee:

Boys’ double knee pants have a one school year (ending May 31st) guarantee against holes in the knees.

• Pants may only be replaced one time with a pant of the same size, style and color.

• Pants must be laundered.

• Alterations void this offer.

• Original receipt is required for replacement.
